Well, it was a nice stay on vacation. We liked attached restaurant with excellent food.

The room turned out to be recently refurbished and non-smoking with a balcony, a king bedroom, nice beds. The location was fantastic, the staff were eager to help. Also, this hotel was situated 2 miles from tourist destination like Balneario el Escambron. The airport was approx 10 minutes' drive away.

Had a comfortable stay at the Bestwesten Hotel, liked staff and food. The room was perfect with a queen bed, had wake-up service, that's cool. Lots of facilities like: an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

This hotel was best base for exploring San Juan, loved it.

Liked this place, it was fairly clean and had good location and staff. I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with excellent food.

The hotel was impeccably clean, facilities were clean, absolutely perfect location next to beach, casinos, lots of restaurants and a short cab ride from old San Juan and stores and shops. No complaints whatsoever, thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Location and stuff where nice, the restaurant was great. We got room with nice decor and a spacious bathroom to relax. The spectacular view of the ocean.

Everything was excellent and fairly clean, I enjoyed staff and rooms. The room I booked was remodeled and available with a balcony and a walk-in shower. Food was moderately priced. Location short walk to shops and lots of restaurants and stores. Also, it was close to Casino Del Mar.

My favorite hotel in San Juan, the staff was competent. The venue was in a very very nice area and had such huge rooms. And it also had worth every penny view.

Well maintained place & very very clean room that was convenient. There was a good bar with FRIENDLY service. The room was moderately priced. The pool area was very clean too. Staff were wonderfully helpful, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the heart of the city.

We really enjoyed our time here. Large rooms, private parking. Moreover, we parked our car nearby. It is a few minutes' walk from the beach.

we greatly enjoyed the entire resort, including people and the food. for dinner, we went to latin star, it was really close to the venue. it was a 3-star venue in every way.

Unfortunately, the street was noisy.
